Apply to dry hair. Load the small end of the supplied brush with powder. Use your free hand to pull the hair flat and taut against the head, then press the brush firmly into the roots, starting at the scalp and working outwards. Do not use a sweeping motion.
Apply more powder as required. To extend highlights, use the side edge of the small brush and lightly dust away any excess powder using the wider end.
