Oro Bailen Picual Cold Extracted Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from Picual olives grown in Jaén, Spain. Made using cold extraction, this olive oil has an intense green fruit aroma with tasting notes of green tomato, apple, green banana, almond and freshly cut grass. Its flavour profile features a balance of bitterness and peppery notes.
Supplied in a 750ml bottle, this Spanish extra virgin olive oil is suitable for drizzling over salads and bread, finishing vegetables, and serving with fish or meat. It can also be used for roasting, baking and sautéing at low to medium temperatures. For a more pronounced flavour, add it to dishes just before serving.
